The part 1 of the Summer Palace Series in Beijing. It's one of the largest historical area I've ever been so far...The area's bloody huge and I took approx. 3 hours to tour the whole palace complex. The first part of the summer palace is the so called Suzhou Street..well Suzhou Street in Beijing? You must be kiddin me! But yes.. this mock Suzhou Street was a shopping street built in the Summer Palace with typical street scene in the lower Yangtze...

Airasia X: My Love/Hate Relationship

This is the first time I'm gonna elaborate on my love/hate relationship with Airasia X after been flying on that airlines for more than 20 times since the year 2006. OKAY..this is the first time I'm on Airasia X but many times on the normal conventional Airasia..I like to admit it..because of Airasia X, I managed to save more money and yeah for the first time I managed to fly to Tianjin and then to Beijing by Bullet Train. The Great Wall of China, or literally known as Chang Cheng (长城) as we already is one of the 7 Wonders of the World. During the trip to Beijing, the section that we visited was the Badaling section. To reach the Badaling section, take the subway train Line 2 to Ji Shui Tan (积水谭). From there, exit the station and turn left. Walk for about 5 minutes to the bus station and take a ride on the bus 919. It cost you only 12 yuan (RM6) for a ride. The journey...

First Bullet Train Experience: Tianjin-Beijing

Finally, the chance for me to experience a ride on the bullet train came to life..nevermind the Shinkansen of Japan, behold the China Railway High-speed (中國鐵路高速). The CRH could speed up to 330km/h which took only 30mins from Tianjin Train Station to Beijing South Railway Station. To get to the station, take a bus shuttle from the Tianjin Airport (Exit no.2) to the Tianjin Railway Station, then get inside and the ticket counter is at the left side..mind...
