This is one of our many hotel rooms in which the hotel is nearby to the Wen Chang village..the village of my uncle and ancestor
We walked to the village in which it took us approximately 10mins to reach and this is one of the park for the public
One of the alley filled with trees..and oh ya..i forgot to mentioned..it's winter here..so we never sweated or under the hellish heat in Malaysia..hahahahaha
Jumping jumpin!
Finally we've reached the village..this is the main entrance and it's the ancestor's home
upon entering..here're some of our relatives (i dun even know their name) playing mahjong..of coz with money..
This is my late maternal grandma's room
That's the main hall with the ancestor's altar on top..
Kanasai, need to climb a ladder to put the jossstick summore
paying respect to the ancestors
The surrounding of the house..huge compound but very old..i can make full use of the land to build a luxury bungalow..he heOld stove..not in use anymore
preparing to light the firecrackers..the tradition here in Hainan (maybe China) is that, every visitors are required to bring a box of firecrackers (instead of mandarin orange) so that every 'crackers' will signify that there's a visitor in that home (so it means never ending firecrackers here...hehe)
it's loonngggg and big..
and super loud..i like it! That's the CNY mood..Malaysia mana ada...if got also..not loud enough
Smoky..actually this is the dunno how many firecrackers lit already..
BAck to my uncle's house nearby for lunch!
That's all for part 1..not so interesting yet..the best is yet to come..New posting will be here in 24 hours.
